This is not acne related specifically but it ties into how critical it is to be clean inside.
Ok, I REALLY didn’t want to do this but this post is dedicated for all the doubters, “experts” and skeptical folks who repeatedly contact me saying the body doesn’t need to detox, it does it through the liver and kidneys all on it’s own, this is all quackery/fantasy stuff, here, read this article by this health blogger, etc. etc.
I’m going to constantly link back to this page for anyone who raises these same issues because God knows the level of unawareness out there.
Now please let me remind you before going any further the images below are quite graphic and depict released human waste. Not digestive waste but parasitic ones.
I’ve maintained humans carry around inside them parasites that suck the life and energy out of them.
Some have a few, some are infested while the very few are squeaky clean.
Unless you kill them with specific herbs, they remain inside and can grow to several feet long.
Well before you view anything, let me quickly put things in perspective for you.
I’ve been on a very clean high fresh fruit and vegetable diet for a good part of 4+ years now; which effectively is 4 years of detox.
3 consistent bowel movements a day. Not a single health issue – heck, not even a cold! Work out, sleep early, sunshine and all the things that keep one humming along.
Recently however, I have been looking into the very powerful effects dry fasting has on the body.
I wrote about it recently but I wanted to do an experiment on my own to really experience it myself.
So I went without food and water for 72 hours. That’s 3 days – no food, no water.
After the 3 days were up, I broke my fast on a specific elixir I had been researching: organic concord grape juice mixed with juice of 2 lemons, 2 tablespoons of raw apple cider vinegar and 1 teaspoon of baking soda. Arm & Hammer will do.
After I let it settle (it froths up really big!), I sipped it slowly over the course of 45 minutes or so. This is supposed to clean up and absorb all the released waste the body dumps during dry fasting.
After about an hour to 90 minutes afterwards, I did an enema to flush out whatever supposed waste was there and here’s what I found:
WARNING: GRAPHIC IMAGES BELOW
I rest my case.
Those my friends, are not noodles.
They are worms!
Human parasites that attach themselves to your intestinal wall and feed off you. It was about a foot (30cm) long.
I did a few more rounds of this to expel any more and only one more came out but it’s enough to say that if I had a few inside me despite my hyper healthy lifestyle, what do those who pay no attention to their internal environment carry around?
Do your own experiment and feel free to share your thoughts (and pictures!) below.
